Gettin' our craft on

Saturday was another ladies night at the studio and folks we rocked it!

We spent a few hours making yarn wreaths with pretty embellishments.  It was SO MUCH FUN!  We talked and laughed and only had a few minor glue gun injuries.  

Yarn, and wreath forms and glue guns gallore!  IT WAS FABULOUS FUN!

I love how different every wreath turned out!  These sisters were alot of fun!  It is so great to meet new people!

People I can't tell you just how much fun I had.  I love sharing and crafting with other ladies!  It brings me great joy to show others that they DO have a creative side and show them how to embrace it.  

Remember when you were a kid and you thought you were the BEST artist ever?  Then as time passed and you got older you began to feel like you aren't an artist at all?  Did that happen to you?  It did to me.  I can remember thinking that I was so great at drawing (keep in mind I was a little kid).  But as an adult I know my drawings are CRAP.  (I'm talkin stick people folks).  I'm okay with it because I know that drawing is NOT where my creativity lies.  But what is the turning point?  Who gets to determine wether we are artists or not?  WE DO!  

When you think that you don't have a creative bone in your body I encourage you to dig deep and find it.

BE BRAVE.

HAVE FUN.

GET MESSY.

YOU are the only one holding YOU back!
